Standard International Shipping: 8-30 business days
All orders will be dispatched from the store's warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

Our policy gives you a buyer protection that lasts 30 days starting from the shipping day. by the end of this period, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. And a tracking number must be provided by the buyer with the receipt.
If the received goods are damaged or not as described a proof is required when contacting our support to be eligible for a return or an exchange.

You can cancel you Order by contacting the support within 2 days maximum or before it had been shipped by the warehouse, after that you will not be able to cancel it, you must then wait for it to be delivered; and follow return steps.
